1. Who we are

In these terms “we” and “us” mean ViziRank, and “you” means the person or organisation that creates an account. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Acceptance and who may use ViziRank

By creating an account, signing in (including with Google) or using ViziRank, you agree to these terms. ViziRank is a service for businesses and professionals. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. The service

ViziRank asks AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) the questions you set up, records which brands and sources appear in their answers, and turns that into scores, trends, reports and recommended actions. Which AI systems, how many prompts and how many measurements are included depends on your plan, as shown on the pricing page.

We continuously improve ViziRank and may add, change or remove features. We will not remove a core feature of your paid plan during a paid period without offering an alternative or a pro-rata refund.

4. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you sign in with Google, your Google account's security also protects your ViziRank account.

5. Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of 7 days. When the trial ends, new measurements stop until you choose a paid plan; your account and earlier results stay available.

6. Subscriptions, prices and payment

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance by card through our payment provider Stripe. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
• When you upgrade, add a prompt pack or change plans, the change takes effect immediately and the difference is charged or credited pro rata.
• We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we may pause new measurements until the payment succeeds.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; until then you keep full access. Payments already made are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise or we have agreed to it in writing.

8. Fair use and acceptable use

You may use ViziRank only for lawful purposes and within the limits of your plan. You may not:

• analyse brands, websites or questions for unlawful purposes, or to harass or defame anyone;
• put personal data, confidential information or secrets into prompts without a legal basis — prompts are sent to third-party AI providers;
• try to get around plan limits, share an account with people outside your organisation, or resell access to ViziRank as a standalone service;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer or overload the service, test its security without our written permission, or interfere with other users;
• use the service in breach of the terms of the AI providers we work with.

9. AI answers and recommendations

Answers from AI systems vary over time and between questions, and depend on providers we do not control. ViziRank reports what the AI systems answered at the moment of measurement. Scores, trends, reasons, sources and recommended actions are an aid to your decisions, not a guarantee of future visibility, rankings or business results. Draft texts that ViziRank suggests may contain placeholders and must be checked before you publish them.

10. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the brands, prompts and other content you enter. You give us permission to use that content as needed to provide and improve the service, including sending prompts to AI providers. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you enter.

Where you enter personal data in a project, we process it on your behalf. Organisations that need a data processing agreement can request one at [email protected].

11. Reports for your clients

You may share reports you export from ViziRank with your own clients, including reports with your own logo on plans that offer this. You are responsible for what you tell your clients about those reports.

12. Our intellectual property

ViziRank, including its software, design, texts and the ViziRank name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you.

13. Availability and support

We do our best to keep ViziRank available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages or changes at the AI systems can affect measurements. Questions and support requests can be sent to [email protected].

14. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to ViziRank is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or reputational damage, or for decisions you make based on the results. These limits do not apply where the damage is caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness, or where the law does not allow them.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that creates a risk for us, other users or third parties. Where reasonable, we warn you first and give you time to put things right. You can delete your account at any time in your settings; we then delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the application. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect; if you keep using ViziRank afterwards, the new terms apply.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. We will first try to resolve any disagreement with you directly. Disputes that we cannot resolve together will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

18. Language

These terms are available in English and Dutch. If the two versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.
